Since 2023, Jason has provided real estate consulting services to a diverse client base ranging from individual investors to large institutions. He previously served as a senior analyst at Rialto Capital, specializing in REO underwriting and disposition strategy, and later transitioned to an acquisitions analyst position at Ally Capital Group, a private equity firm focused on office, retail, industrial, and multifamily investments. Most recently, he held director of real estate roles at two multi-state cannabis companies, leading national real estate expansion initiatives and securing approximately $200M in capital through structured sale-leaseback transactions across the U.S. Jason holds a B.A. in Economics from New York University as well as active Florida real estate and insurance licenses.
